Due to the fact that this is a small home business, I package and ship all the rugs myself. Everything from placing the rug in the box to dropping it of at the shipping facility is handled to the best of my abilities under constant supervision of my children.
All my rugs are shipped as soon as the payment has been made and has cleared through my bank. As a courtesy, I will always notify my clients upon the date on which I ship the rugs and when to expect it to arrive. Also, once the rug has been shipped, expect to receive an email with the tracking number. As a rule, I prefer to use the shipping services of FedEx ground services, since I have found this to be very efficient, safe, and the cost is very low. This also means that the package is trackable and fully insured. I have been using this service for years now, and I am very pleased with the service that I receive.
Important Note for military personnel:
Shipping to APO addresses will be handled through the USPS and is not a problem.
Due to the fact that FedEx does not ship to military addresses, I use the USPS and it's never been a problem. All packages are fully insured and I take every effort to ensure a smooth and fast delivery. If you need any specific needs, please let me know.
Regardless of how the rug is shipped, it is always fully insured to the full amount of the purchase price plus shipping. So far, I have never had a problem, but if there is a need, I will take every measure to resolve the matter.
