RUG INFORMATION:
Showpiece quality dark green Nain Persian rug with ~500KPSI and a genuine 6-Lah quality.
Of all the various colors in the 6-Lah Nain rugs, this dark green color is for one of my clients favorites. Time and time again I have clients who tell me how the dark green is very elegant and is a perfect match with the light background and the silk highlights. Also, the green has a very quiet look and feel to it that makes it very compatible with furnishings.
Due to its 6-Lah quality, it features very nice silk highlights and about ~500 KPSI. This piece has a special place for me and I can safely say that it is one of my favorites. Perfectly suited for formal areas of a home or under furniture in places like dining rooms, it is one of those Persian rugs that tends to find a new home fairly quickly.
Also, please note that like most Nain 6-Lah pieces, this Nain rug features a copy of the Habibian signature, which you can see in the series of pictures.
