Amazing 4-Lah masterpiece Nain Persian rug with ~1200 kpsi...
This Nain 4-Lah is the finest piece that we have offered in many years and is simply in a league of its own. With about 1200 kpsi, we first thought that it is a very fine and extremely rare 3-Lah based on its quality. I literally sacrificed a part of a fringe and using under a magnifying glass was able to see that it is indeed an amazingly well made 4-Lah.
For those of you who know about the Nain rugs, you know how rare and extremely fine this caliber and it is easily the finest kurkwool rug in our inventory. As it is, even pure silk Qum rugs with this knot count are extremely hard to get. This is simply one of those Persian rugs that will probably have a very low life span with us and its simply a pleasure to be able to offer it.
