This stunning 750 kpsi Qum rug is one of the few pieces by the Hossein-Shirazi workshop that we have been fortunate to offer and features a gorgeous masterpiece quality.
Made by the small Hossein-Shirazi workshop in Qum, this extremely fine and detailed silk Qum rug not only features ~750 kpsi, but also has a rare floral tile design. The Hossein-Shirazi workshop is well known and respected for for many decades one of those workshops on par with the rugs made by the Ahmady, Mohammadi and other top notch workshops.
The dark background is not only perfect in bringing out this gorgeous design, but is also gives it a very elegant look and feel and showcases all of the intricate features and colors. This is the type of Persian rug that many of my clients place on floors or hang on walls. Perfect for a formal or quiet area of a home or office, this Qum rug is clearly designed to be displayed as a fine home decor rug and the very high 750 kpsi quality along with the workmanship puts it in a masterpiece quality category.
