RUG INFORMATION:
Finest Bidjar rug in our collection!!!
Whether you are familiar with Bidjar rugs or are a fan of handmade carpets, this is one Persian rug that is as rare as they come...
This Bidjar rug not only features about 500 kpsi, but is actually woven on a silk foundation with silk highlights in the pile that is made of the highest quality wool available. Even though we specialize in high quality Persian rugs and typically have access to some of the finest and rarest rugs, this is only the second time in over 20 years that we have been able to offer such a rare piece. Made of very finest and very dense Kurkwool with lots of silk, this high quality Bidjar rug features an over the top Tekab quality with about 500 kpsi, which is almost unheard of for Bidjar rugs. The time and skill required to make such a piece is to such a degree that Bidjar rugs of this caliber are on the same level as 70 Raj Tabriz or the finest Isfahan rugs. If you shop around for high quality Bidjar rugs of this caliber, you will know what I mean what I mean with scarce and expensive.
The sheer quality of this very fine and yet dense Bidjar rugs makes it perfect for just about any area of a home or office. Whether as an area rug or under heavy furniture, this is one piece that will be outlive and outshine just about anything that it lies next to. Please note that I am personally very attached to this piece as I have several Bidjar rugs in my own home and this piece would not be made available if I had the room for it...
IMPORTANT:
Video featuring this Persian Bidjar Rug
If you view this Bidjar rug page on a laptop or desktop, you can see my video below in which I showcase this Bidjar rug along with a genuine Nain Habibian and pure silk Qum Jamshidi carpet. Even though the Bidjar rugs are typically nowhere near as expensive and rarely ever put in the same category as the Habibian or Jamshidi rugs, this piece absolutely deserves to be amongst the best of best and the video will showcase this.
In this video, I will showcase this Bidjar rug along with two other masterpieces made by famous Persian rug weavers.
