Rare Nain Gonbad Rug...
This square Nain rug is one of the most beautiful Gonbad I have ever been fortunately enough to offer and the design, as well as the shape and 6-Lah quality makes it such a beautiful piece. The Gonbad design is absolutely stunning in this Nain rug and I think the rare square shape takes it to a whole new level. In addition, the fine 6-Lah quality with ~500 KPSI with the silk in its highlights ensures that this piece is as gorgeous as it is fine. This unique square Nain Gonbad rug is actually one of two identical twin Nain rugs that the weaver made at the same time and the other was sold shortly after its arrival. If you look at my homepage, you can see a picture of it in my clients living room.

Also, please note that like most Nain 6-Lah pieces, this Nain rug features a copy of the Habibian signature, which you can see in the series of pictures.
