Made by the weavers of the Mirzari workshop in Qum, this piece features a design that sets it apart from most Qum rugs and pays homage to several workshop like the Ehsati Qum rugs. The entire rug from the center to the borders features center designs of well known workshops in Qum and is perfect for hanging on a wall. I have had several pure silk Qum rugs with this type of design and have not been able to feature one in many years.
Perfect for a formal or quiet area of a home or office, this Qum rug is clearly designed to be displayed as a fine home decor rug and the very high 800 kpsi quality along with the workmanship puts it in a masterpiece quality category.
