This high quality 50 Raj Tabriz Persian rug features the classic Paryryk design, which is a replica of the oldest design ever found and dates back over 2500 years. If you google Pazyryk rug, you will see pictures of a handmade rug that was discovered in the frozen tundra and is now on display at a museum in Russia. In this Tabriz rug, you have the design featured with a dark navy blue almost black color, which is a first for us. If you are as passionate about Persian rugs, this is the type of rug many of my clients enjoy in their homes or offices.
