Genuine Kashizadeh Artpiece quality Qum rug with ~900KPSI...
This Qum rug features an incredible 900 KPSI and was made by the Kashizadeh workshop in Qum. The masterweaver Kashizadeh was highly respected and produced very fine pieces like this one up until the early 80's. This piece dates to the mid 1970's and we were fortunate to be able to aquire it and several others collectable Persian rugs from a private collection owned by a rug dealer. As you can see in the pictures, the condition and workmanship is like new and the onset of the hint of patina simply adds to its character.
With about 900kpsi, this silk Qum rug belongs in the top class of Persian rugs and if you are familiar with the rug weaving culture of Qum, you will know and appreciate the few remaining Kashizadeh pieces. This pure silk Qum rug is everything you would expect from a genuine silk Qum rug of the highest quality and is perfectly suited for formal areas of a home or to be hang on a wall. As with all of our pure silk Qum rugs, this piece is also signed by the Kashizadeh weaver.
