This handmade pure silk Chinese rug is one of several high quality silk rugs that we are offering and it is everything that the silk rugs are known for, except that it is made in China. With about 700 kpsi and 100% hand-knotted, this silk rug is a great alternative and can easily be compared with the genuine Qum Persian rugs. Please note that for its price and quality, this piece is absolutely excellent and as a Persian rug fan, I have absolutely no problems recommending it. However, I want to be clear that even though I could offer it as a Persian silk Qum rug, it is in fact a Chinese imitation and as a result, the price is a fraction of what a real Persian Qum rug would be selling for.
