This Tabriz Persian rug features a silk foundation and was made by the Faraji family, who are so well known for the design you see in this rug that the design is named after them. The silk foundation gives it not only a luxurious feel, but also the quality that makes it suitable for formal rooms. It is everything that the Tabriz Faraji rugs are famous for and while it is a fine rug, it is also a high quality piece that is designed to last a lifetime. The design is very neutral and very popular with my clients who are looking for a elegant Persian rug that is also suitable for under tables as it lacks a center medallion.
