RUG INFORMATION:
This Qum Persian rug features a wool pile with a very fine and high knot count of ~350kpsi. While our specialty is in pure silk Qum rugs, we also at times look for high quality wool Qom rugs as they are great for high traffic areas and are very durable. For reasons I have been trying to figure out for many years, the few weavers in Qum who weave these fine wool rugs tend to focus on this size and this reddish/brown color combination with a beige background. Excellent for under table and/or furniture, these wool Qum rugs have been very popular with my clients.
