This Tabriz rug is one of several genuine 70 Raj masterpiece Tabriz rugs that we are currently offering in this size and it is everything you would expect from a masterpiece Tabriz rug. As with all 70 Raj Tabriz rugs, this piece features a large amount of silk highlights and the workmanship is of course extremely high. Tabriz rugs of this caliber are treated like the high end pure silk Qom rugs and are in a league of their own. While this piece featuers a lot of silk in addition to the silk foundation, the pile is made of very dense and fine Kurkwool making it perfect for a formal room or a quiet retreat.
