This Tabriz rug features the highest quality with the popular Gonbad design and a stunning 75 Raj Masterpiece quality and about 750KPSI. This variation of the Gonbad design is known as Faraji and was woven by the master weavers of the small Zanae-Vallahi workshop in Tabriz
Its rare enough to be able to offer a high quality silk foundation Tabriz Gonbad rug with this gorgeous design, but finding one with this over the top 75 Raj quality takes it to a whole new level. As one would expect from Tabriz rugs of this caliber, this piece features the finest kurkwool with plenty of silk in the Gonbad design. Also, as in customary with Tabriz rugs of this masterpiece quality, the ends feature a kelim with the signature of the workshop. Tabriz rugs of this quality are designed to be both very luxurious and also perfectly fine for formal or low traffic areas. Simply a stunning example of the best in Persian rugs.
