Genuine showpiece quality Isfahan rug with 500kpsi and a gorgeous workmanship.
This Isfahan rug is a genuine showpiece quality piece with a design and color combination that has been very popular with my clients worldwide. As is typical with high quality Isfahan Persian rugs, this piece features a silk foundation and has over 500 kpsi, making it a very fine showpiece quality rug. The pile is made of very fine lambwool with silk added as highlights.
The design, colors and workmanship is everything that the Isfahan are famous for and perfectly suitable for living rooms, dining rooms or anywhere where a high quality Persian rug is suitable. The very dark navy blue, almost black background is perfect in bringing out the classic Isfahan design with it light colors and silk. Most high end Persian rugs of this caliber like the silk foundation Tabriz or Isfahan rugs tend to have lots of pinks and here we have a perfect combination that so many of my clients want for their formal dining and living rooms.
