The condition of this semi-antique Turkish Hereke is excellent and is like new even though we estimate that it is about 60 years old. It is a superb piece with a very fine 10/10 quality, meaning that it has 10 knots per centimeter. The Ozipek workshop in Hereke was one of the premier weavers of fine Hereke rugs and they are very sought-after by collectors. Perfectly suited for hanging on a wall or displaying as a decor rug, this fine Hereke is a great reminder of what the past Turkish weaving culture is all about.
