This Tabriz rug is one of several genuine 70 Raj masterpiece Tabriz rugs that we are currently offering in various size. As with all 70 Raj Tabriz rugs, this piece features a large amount of silk highlights and the workmanship is of course extremely high.
The 70 Raj Tabriz rugs like this piece are treated like pure silk Qum rugs and follow into the same luxury quality range. They are considered to be among the finest Persian rugs and even though the pile is made of fine kurkwool (lambwool), there is a large amount of silk added to the details and the foundation is made of silk as well.
