The details in this pictorial Tabriz rug are simply stunning and thanks to a silk foundation 60 Raj quality, this Tabriz rug is perfect for framing and hanging on a wall. As you can clearly see in the pictures, the pictorial design was woven with a great degree of attention to the details and the ducks as well as scenery are stunning.
If you look at it from a distance, it almost looks like a painting and the silk is added to the wool in different quantities to add layers of colorings that you typically do not find in Persian rugs. Tabriz rugs are known for being one of the few types of Persian rugs that are known for their pictorial designs due to the fact that the weavers in Tabriz are familiar with using many different dyes and types of wool which is a requirement for making these type of gorgeous pictorial rugs.
