My return policy is very simple and hassle free. If you have read some of the other pages that I have in my site, you will probably have noticed that I conduct my business in a very personal manner. This also applies to my return policies. In the event that you wish to return a rug after your purchase, you may return it for a refund without any hassles. My goal is to make sure that you get the right rug for your needs. It's one thing to see a picture on a monitor and something else when the rug is actually in front of you. That is why I do my best to be as accurate as I can be in the size, colors and general description.
