Twin Oriental rugs like this set
are extremely rare and most commonly used in bedrooms or other areas
where a twin rug set is needed. Most twin oriental rugs are made in
high end rugs like the Tabriz rugs and are very valuable. Due to the
difficulty in making two perfectly matching oriental rugs, most
weavers will not even try to make such rare rugs and most twin rugs
tend to be in a smaller size range. The most common type of oriental
rugs in twin sets are the high end Tabriz rugs. |

Oval oriental rug with a silk and
metal foundation. Among the most unusual oriental rugs are these
metal based rugs and they are so hard to find that most retailers
can't even offer them. I am only able to offer a few of these metal
oriental rugs at a time and it is due to my family contacts with the
weavers in Tabriz that I am even able to offer them. Extremely rare
and valuable, these oriental rugs are designed to be placed in
formal rooms and areas. |
 |
Square Nain oriental rug with a
6-Lah quality, which is very rare in Oriental rugs. Fine oriental
rugs like this Nain rug are very valuable and 6-Lah Nain Oriental
rugs tend to have over 600 kpsi, making them some of the finest wool
and silk rugs. All of the Nain rugs that I offer have this fine
quality and I only offer high end genuine oriental rugs. |

these fine oriental rugs on walls and some even have them framed. |

Small sized Tabriz oriental rug
with a geometric design called "Gonbad Faraji". One of my most
popular designs in oriental rugs is this pattern and it is
unfortunately also one of the rarest patterns. The center of these
oriental rugs feature a very light star shaped medallion and then
the colors tend to get darker as you move away from it. |
 |
Large Tabriz oriental rug with a
very unique design and color combination. This Tabriz rug features a
solid brown color, which is one of the rarest colors found in high
end oriental rugs. The design is a combination of a Gonbad and
traditional Isfahan design, which is also very rare. High quality
oriental rugs like this one are always very sought after and tend to
keep their value as they get older. |
 |
Oversize Tabriz oriental rug with a
variation of a "Gonbad Faraji" design. Even though this is one of
most popular designs in oriental rugs, I can rarely find this design
in rugs smaller than a 8x11. This Tabriz rug is a great example of
what high quality oriental rugs should look like and the silk and
kurkwool combination makes is a very luxurious looking showpiece. |
 |
Oval Oriental rug made in Tabriz.
Genuine handmade oriental rugs are very hard to find due to their
difficulty in weaving. Most oriental rug weavers do not have the
skills to make these odd shaped rugs, which makes these rare and
high end oriental rugs very valuable. |
 |
Round Naiin oriental rug with a
6-Lah quality and a very unique design. One of my finest round
oriental rugs is this Naiin rug, which measures over 10' across and
has well over 600 kpsi. Naiin oriental rugs like this one are
extremely rare and this is the first large round rug that I have
been able to offer with this unique design. |
 |
Round Tabriz Oriental rug with a
solid black color and large silk highlights. Oversized round
oriental rugs like this Tabriz rug tend to be made of very fine
kurkwool with lots of silk added as highlights. The shiny silk areas
work very well with the solid black color and it makes this Tabriz
rug even more luxurious than it already is. |
 |

showpiece is a formal setting and as a result, these oriental rugs
tend to keep their value due to their rarity. |

Square Tabriz Mahi oriental rug
made by the Pirouzian family in Tabriz. The Tabriz Mahi design is
one of the most recognized designs in oriental rugs and the ones
made by the Pirouzian family are very well known for their quality
and uniqueness. Unlike most Mahi oriental rugs, the Pirouzian family
only makes very fine and high end Mahi rugs and they tend to have
lots of silk highlights and unique borders. |
 |
Large square Tabriz oriental rug
with a very rare design combination. High quality Oriental rugs with
