Notes: The design in this Tabriz Persian rug is called "Mahi" and it is one
the best known designs in Tabriz rugs. Extremely popular with collector's, these
pieces are great for high volume areas and the design is such that it will hide
any spills and stains. I have one myself in the living room and I would never
dream to get rid of it. One unique feature in this piece is the open field
without the center medaillion, which makes it perfect for under furniture or
even out in the open. Very classic and very ellegant Persian rug.
