Notes: One of my favorites PERSIAN RUGS!! The design is called a "Mahi", which means fish, and it is one of the most common patterns you will see in Tabriz rugs. This one however is the first time, I have ever seen a round Tabriz Mahi rug. The workmanship and choice of colors are great and there is even a little added bonus at the border of the rug. Take a look and you will notice that the weaver used two different type of designs to finish the rug. Enjoy.
