Notes: The design in this Tabriz Persian rug is called "Mahi" and it is one the best known designs in Tabriz rugs. However, the various shades and the overall shape of this piece are very unique and it's a very nice looking piece. I had one a year ago and it was so popular that I asked the weaver for another one. The border is also very unique in that it is shaped in different forms.
