Notes: Very unusual size and outstanding quality. This Tabriz runner was made by the Faraji family, who are well known for the very high quality. I'm fortunate to purchase some of these rugs directly from them and the design you see in this rug is a classic Faraji example. The size of this runner is very rare and I have in fact never offered a runner in that width. Most 16' runners have a width of 3' and when I saw this piece, I was impressed by the sheer size and attention to detail. It's choice of colors are designed to make it a very neutral rug and the workmanship is such that it is both luxurious and perfectly fine for everyday use. As with all Tabriz rugs made by the Faraji family, this piece is signed as well.
