Color: Main colors are red, navy blue, teal, beige, etc.

Material (Pile): Kurkwool and silk added as highlights

Foundation: Cotton

Quality: 50 raj with about 350 kpsi

Notes: This Tabriz rug has been greatly discounted due to a irregularity in the size.

After receiving this rug, I noticed that the length on one side is 2" longer than the other side.
This flaw was not detected by my family or myself until recently. Chances are that you may not even notice any discrepancies, but I always make note of anything that out of the norm. This is a great quality Tabriz rug and it is everything you would expect in a high end Persian rug. I have lowered the price as much as I can and if you shop around, you will see that it is well worth it.

Large square Tabriz Persian rug with a geometric design called Gonbad or Gombardeh and a silk foundation making this a 60-raj Tabriz oriental carpet. This Tabriz oriental rug is a very high end Persian carpet and it is also one of two identical rugs that were made. My father and I decided to purchase both of these rare Persian rugs, but due to the large 8' size, we choose to each keep one and both sold in a very short period of time. The design of this Tabriz oriental rug is extremely rare and the square size is also not as common in Persian carpets.
