Notes: This Qom rug is made completely of silk and features a unique variation of the popular hunting design. Like all of the Qom rugs that I offer, this piece is a very high end showpiece and perfect for formal rooms or walls. As you can see in the pictures, the hunting scene is not just found in the large center part of the rug, but also in the surrounding areas. The weaver has done a tremendous job and both the quality and workmanship and simply outstanding. Large pictorial Qom rugs like this one are very rare and I have only been able to offer a couple of other pieces in this size over the years. If you shop around, you will see how rare they are and also find that the price is very low compared to what others sell them for. As with all of my Qom rugs, the weaver has added his signature at the top.
