Notes: This Isfahan rug is a fine piece and a great example of what a high end Persian rug should look and feel like. The weaver did an exceptional job and it is one of the rarest Isfahan rugs that I have ever featured. Generally speaking, Isfahan rugs tend to have very similar colors and designs, which is why I always look for the more unusual. This piece caught my eye due to the very fine quality and it is very different from most Isfahan rugs that feature the bold blues and reds. The colors are very soft and work very well with the silk highlights and overall design.
