Notes: The design and size of this Qom rug are a bit unusual and the workmanship is absolutely flawless. The open floral pattern makes it not only perfect for a formal area, but also for hanging. Like all of my other Qom rugs, this piece features the weaver's signature.

Large square pure silk Qom Persian rug with a geometric design called Gombad or Gombardeh, which is extremely rare in Persian carpets other than Tabriz rugs. This Persian Qom carpet was amongst my most popular silk rugs and sold very quickly to a client in Sweden. As with all of my pure silk Qom oriental rugs, this Persian carpet is made of a very high quality and features well over 700 kpsi. In addition to laying on a floor, many of my clients also like to hang them on walls and some Persian Qom carpets are even framed.
