Notes: Oval Tabriz rugs are some of the hardest Persian rugs to weave and are very rare. Every once in a great while I will be lucky to be able to get one and this one has two outstanding features. The first is the color combination of black and light peach, which is very rare and the second is the large amount of silk that was added to the highlights. Unlike most high end Persian rugs, this piece has very large silk highlights and is very well made.
